    Brissett & Associates, Inc. was formed by Aston O. Brissett. He opened his first office at 200 Main Street in Hackensack, NJ.

  • 1999

    Brissett & Associates, Inc. broke new ground by pioneering the new Tax and IRS resolution service line, ultimately helping a client resolve a $500,000 tax liability.

  • 2006

    Implemented cutting-edge remote access technical infrastructure allowing Brissett & Associates, Inc. to provide accounting and backend financial management as a service

  • 2007

    Acquired a new contract taking responsibility of all backend accounting services for this multi-million dollar company.

  • 2008

    Launched a new service line providing CFO functions as a service, providing an alternative to his client to hiring a CFO.

  • 2010

    Launched a new service line providing Payroll Services.

  • 2011

    Negotiated largest IRS case saving client over $10M in tax penalties.

  • 2013

    Established consulting practice, providing clients with strategic planning and organizational effectiveness services.
